2019 Hiatus

Hello all you wonderful people! So, usually when a new year begins a site like mine will make a huge announcement about how it will be *bigger and better* this year and we just need a “1000 more views” etc etc! Well, I’m afraid I’m going to buck the trend, as per usual, and do the exact opposite!

I have decided to put the Citizen Historian project on hiatus for the next 8-10 months, the reason being that I am entering the final year of my PhD and I need as much time as possible to work on it to produce quality research.

The hiatus will include the podcast and blog, but I will still continue to post interesting items on the facebook page when I can but it may become more sporadic depending on my workload. (I also have a few articles on the blog to finish off for the year, but for the most part it will go silent).

This is definitely not good bye! Citizen Historian is still my passion project and as soon as I’m finished that degree, I am throwing my all into it and you will see some amazing stuff!

Thanks for all the support so far everyone, see you on the other side!

PS, Happy New Year and I hope you have a wonderful 2019!
